Prices listed are base prices. Prices may increase depending on extra work, for example requesting multiple- or different versions for a commission. My style varies between cartoony and semi realistic, you can decide which one you'd like for your commission.

Badges, Prints, Stickers

If you'd like, I can print, laminate and ship your personal commission to you for an additional cost. This can be done for any commission type. Please note that I will only print art that I have drawn myself and that you have ordered from me; I will not print and ship somebody else's artworks.All printed orders come with tracking and are sent from Germany.

I offer two different sizes for both, badges and prints; here's a size guide:

Shipping won't have to be paid twice if you order more than one item at once. I will ship your orders in one envelope (depending on final weight).

Terms of Service

Procedure

1) Read my Terms of Service first. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!2) After sending me a message with your commission request and my acceptance of it, I will send you an invoice for your commission. Once paid, I'll start working on your art.3) I will send a sketch WIP (work in progress) first. You'll be asked to give feedback so I may edit the sketch to your liking and fix any mistakes. You'll be sent WIPs for the following phases:
Finished sketch, finished lineart and coloring, finished background, finished shading.4) Your artwork will be completed in the span of a few days up to a month max. Completed artwork will be uploaded to my social media. The full resolution file will be sent to you through email, Google Drive, Dropbox or via a sta.sh link, whichever the client preferes more.You will be sent a watermarked version and a non-watermarked version. If you decide to upload the commission, please use the watermarked one only!

Payment

1) I take payment by Paypal, Stripe or via Ko-Fi. All my prices are in EUR. I only take payment upfront in full.2) I will send an invoice to an email address that you provide when payment is required. I will not start if payment is not received. Payment must be sent through by 48h after the invoice has been sent. If the money has not been received by then, the commission will be considered void.3) Every extra character will add up to 50% extra of the original base. A drawing can have a maximum of 4 characters.

Refunds

1) I am willing to refund you if things go sour.2) Please note that I will refund you in percentage steps:
100% refund if not started.
80% refund if a sketch has been finished
70% refund if in the lining phase
50% refund if in the coloring phase
30% refund if in the background painting phase
20% refund if in the shading phase
0% refund if finished.
Full refunds are only possible if I haven't started to work on your commission yet and if no progress has been made.3) I don’t refund money after the piece is finished.4) When a full refund occurs, you may not use the art or any WIPs provided, as they weren't paid for. This excludes partial refunds. You may use the WIPs and finish them yourself if you paid for them.

Shipping

1) All printed items are shipped in envelopes with Priotirty service and tracking.2) Should an envelope not arrive, I will contact the shipping company. If it ends up that the envelope has been lost, the client can decide on one of two outcomes:
a) - A refund of the print and shipping costs.
b) - Have a replacement sent free of charge.

Cancellation

1) The customer may cancel the commission at any time for whatever, or no reason.2) If the customer has not responded to any messages after 1 week, then a reminder message will be sent to the client. If the client does not respond in the aforementioned timeframe in the reminder message, the commission will be cancelled. A refund depending on the stages listed above will be given if this occurs.3) I have the right to cancel the commission at any given time, for whatever reason. A refund depending on the stages listed above will be given if this occurs.4) I may re-use unpaid content for personal art, YCHs, or future commissions.5) If the client cancelled and has been refunded partially, they may keep the unfinished work for themselves, as they paid part of the commission. The client may also look for a different artist to complete the artwork, or complete the artwork themselves. Source files will be given if requested. Credit must still be given to me if uploaded by you or a different artist. The client and artist must specify what part of the commission they finished.

Edits

1) I'm willing to edit your commission so you're satisfied.2) Please tell me what to edit as soon as possible, bullet lists prefered!3) It is extremely important that you, as the client, look over the WIPs closely and request changes as soon as you can. Past a certain point, changes requiere more work and will requiere an upcharge.

Blacklisting

1) I may blacklist clients who break or go against my TOS. This means that a blacklisted client is unable to commission me and that I will deny my services or future services to them.2) I may blacklist a client who wishes to claim a slot but then abandons said slot more than once.3) I may blacklist a client who ends up not paying within the 48h deadline more than once.4) I may blacklist a client for other reasons not listed if need be.

Private Commissions

1) Commissions can remain private and I won't upload the final result or mention you in the description.2) If I am not allowed to upload the artwork, I will charge an additional 20% fee. This is due to the fact that every upload that is made is advertising and can bring in more clients.3) No additional charge will be requiered if you simply do not want to be mentioned in the upload. "Commission for a client" will be used in that case.

Artist's Rights

1) I retain copyright over my work(s).2) I'm allowed to use finished commissions for promotial purposes (Commission openings, etc.).3) It's the client's duty to make sure the character or subject is theirs, that they have the permission to use said subject before commissioning me. I am not to be held accountable if it turns out the subject is not their property.4) It's the client's duty to express whishes for any adjustments to the artwork. I am not to be held accountable if the client does not express their wishes for adjustments and ends up disliking the artwork as a result of it.5) I'm allowed to deny my services and even blacklist clients if need be.

Client's Rights, Usage & Preservation Disclaimer

1) You may share and re-upload the commissioned art (watermarked only) to any online galleries or websites as you see fit as long as credit is given.2) You may use my art for non-commercial purposes; such as displaying it anywhere, using it as an avatar on social media, etc. If you wish to use the art for commercial usage, please scroll down to Extended Usage Fee.3) You retain all rights to your character and/or species.4) You may edit the artwork and/or put a watermark on it to defend it from character theft, so long as my watermark still exists on it.5) It’s the client’s duty to save all files to their hard drive as soon as possible.

Extended Usage Fee

1) If you would like to use the artwork that was made for commercial purposes, you may buy out an extended usage license.2) For this, I charge an extra 300% on top of the final price, e.g. -
Artwork: 50€ + 300% = 200€3) No extra royalties will be charged, just the 300%.4) You can do whatever you wish with the artwork. You can sell it, edit it, use it for merch, use it for profit, etc.

NFTs, Cryptocurrency, AI 'Art' Generators

1) I do not support any form of NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or Cryptocurrency. Therefore, I ask of clients to not upload their commissioned pieces to NFT marketplaces or similar.2) I do not support AI 'art' generators. Uploading my art to one of these generator's databases is not allowed.
